Returns + Exchanges Information
We’ve worked very hard and have picked our favorite dry goods from the many out there. We want them on you, and we sincerely hope you love every single thing you find at Jackson Dean + Co, but if you don’t, please let us know. As always, we are here to help you. Everyday. Returns included. You’ll find some help below, and if you have any questions whatsoever, please contact us at email@example.com.
Easy peasy return policy:
1. Open your package when it arrives. Please.
2. And try it on.
3. Love it and keep it? Great!
4. No bueno? No prob! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you a return label ASAP.
5. Dry goods returns postmarked within 7 days of date received will be refunded to the original method of payment or refunded with a store credit. Your choice.
6. Dry goods returns postmarked within 8-21 days of date received will be refunded with Jackson Dean + Co store credit.
7. All returns will be processed ASAP, usually within 3 business days from the date we receive them.
Tracking info to determine date of delivery is per delivery date shown in the USPS tracking information.
We absolutely love our guys, and we want you in our clothes, all day, everyday. To support our fast deliveries and “friends don’t let friends pay for shipping” promise, we subtract the original shipping cost from the refunded payment.
When you return our beloved Jackson Dean + Co goods, please bring your A game and use a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number, so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We can’t process a return if we don’t get it. And as you know, all returned items need to be returned in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, completely free of smoke, deodorant, perfume and lipstick free (don’t let the women get too close), and in their original condition, tags still attached. Shoes need to be returned in their original shoebox, and the shoebox needs to be received undamaged and shipped inside another box. Please do not return shoes worn outside or with any visible signs of wear. We recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. We can’t process damaged shoes or shoes with damaged shoeboxes for return.

Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
We promise to never ship defective products. We inspect each item for quality before shipping. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately (within three days of receipt) at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective items.
All of our selection is chosen for the Jackson Dean + Co guy, with style and confidence. Some items sell out quickly and the rest may be available in only limited quantities. We will do our very best to help you with exchanges for different sizes/colors, but if you see what you want on our site, you may want to reorder to ensure you get your prized goods before they sell out.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Please ensure purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas are postmarked by January 5th to be eligible for refund.
