When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days. We use USPS, ‘cause we’re American and bleed red, white, and blue. And we love our postman. But he stops by only Monday through Saturday, so orders placed late Saturday or orders placed on Sunday can’t go out until Monday. But we promise to get them out ASAP, because we love you and want you to look good, all day, everyday.
What if I need my order sooner than this?
Absolutely! Email us. Call us. We can discuss rates.
Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Does Jackson Dean + Co ship to the Maldives?
Don’t worry, just like Dean, the wanderer in our name, we will go anywhere. We have many international shipping options. Just email or call us. We can discuss rates.
What’s the status of my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email and a USPS tracking number ASAP!
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Of course, we’ll do our very best. If it hasn’t shipped, please just email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us.
What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?
If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Jackson Dean + Co. If your package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, we may ask you to pay the shipping charges before items are re-shipped to the customer's correct shipping address (we love you, but you’ve bought online before…so please make sure the address you type is correct). The invoice will be emailed, and you’ll have 14 days to get in touch with us before your order goes through the returns process for store credit. The original shipping charge is subtracted from the store credit.
What happens if my package is never delivered or gets stolen?
Well WTF? We hate thieves too. But maybe they needed it more than you. And maybe instant karma will bless you for picking out our awesome products for some sticky-fingered friend. Please contact email@example.com if your package is lost or stolen, and we will happily assist you in locating your package. You can also log on to www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
